Nominate Your Favorite CCG Retailer - And You Will Become Eligible For One of Ten Prizes!

You, and gamers like you, are our Gamers' Choice Awards judges of the world's best CCG retailers. From your nominations, this year's winners will be chosen. Decipher wants to know who serves our community best - and there are no limits to where in the world the top stores can come.

When you nominate a store (no more than 5 stores nominated by any one person, please, and no store may be nominated twice by the same person) your name is automatically entered in a drawing from which ten prize winners will be chosen at random to receive their choice of full display box (30-36 booster packs, depending on product) of any Decipher CCG that is available at the time of drawing (Dec. 8, 2000). No purchase is necessary - stick to the 1 person/5 stores rule, fill out the store survey (we'll check the winners by calling the stores) give us your prize information - and you could be a winner.

Judging will be done once all nominations are received. Get yours to us by December 7, 2000, in order to be eligible for this year's awards.

Each nominated store will be listed on the Decipher Web site with the Gamers' Choice icon announcing it as one of the best. The very best, perhaps the top 5%, will be culled from nominated stores by Decipher staff, and will be given a special citation for shop display.

Criteria for selecting award winners includes information submitted through this form. You are welcome to add a very brief personal endorsement - focus on something the store does very well.
