A short while ago I wrote an article to help new TD's get started running tournaments and some of the things that I have found useful. I sent it to some people and they thought it useful, so it will now be serialised (I'm hoping for syndication - Mogh already has the rights to the movie) and presented here in 3-4 chunks.

I would welcome any feedback - I hope (if it's good enough) to get it posted on this site to help folks in the future.
