To celebrate the past year's advances in Star Trek CCG (Decipher's Product Development team deserves a healthy round of applause!) I would like to announce the 'Return to Farpoint' sanctioned tournament series. This limited time series, is a challenge to you and all players to re-examine the game from its beginning. Revisit the excitement you felt as you mastered each Star Trek CCG card edition. As soon as events are added to the Web site, you will find them listed by date and Star Trek CCG tournament region. The presence of events, and the opening of the Events page, will be noted by a NewsFlash notice.

There will be five different stages to the limited time "Return to Farpoint" constructed deck tournament series. Stage 1 tournaments will have players construct decks using cards only from Premiere and Alternate Universe expansions and Starter Deck II. In Stage 2 events, players will add Q Continuum cards to the mix, and so on, until Stage 5, when players will use cards of The Dominion and play is brought into the present.
