A great mission. Dr. Telek R'Mor, Mirok, T'Shonra, and Nick Locarno go great with this.

> Investigate Raid

Takket works really well for his Exobiology, as does T'Rul. Beyond that, pick any one of the good Romulan Diplomats.

> Extraction

Vakis can solve this by herself. Taibak and some source of MEDICAL (Takket or a Medical Tricorder?) can do likewise.

> Sarthong Plunder

Galathon, Taris, and Taul.

> Security Briefing

Again, not a Romulan mission. Sela and Ruwon work well if you want to Espionage it though.

> Investigate Coup

You mean, besides Tomalak? ;-) Beyond that, any OFFICER with Leadership and Navigation works well, espescially Sirol and Tebok. The SECURITY is easily obtained from Telak, Taul, or Suna.

> Krios Suppression

This will be really tough for the Romulans since they don't have a lot of Honor and since Krios is a Klingon mission. If you really want to Espionage it, N'Vek and Toreth will probably be your main Honor sources.

> Restore Errant Moon

This is a Federation mission. If you really want to Espionage it, Mirok, Dr. Telek R'Mor, and anyone with Leadership (Nick Locarno works well in general with Mirok and R'Mor) work well.

> Srategic Diversion

Any of the many Romulans with Treachery work well. Vakis, Sirol, Lore, the Sisters Of Duras, Sela, and Taibak are some of my favorites.

> Covert Rescue

Pretty much any of the Romulans with Diplomacy and Leadership work well. Sirol, Sela, Tebok, and Senator Vreenak all fit the job description.

> Expose Covert Supply

Sirol can complete this by himself. Lore can complete it with any Romulan.

> Secret Salvage

Nick Locarno and any Romulan works well. Also, go for as much Treachery as you can find. Lore, the Sisters Of Duras, and just about any Romulan with Treachery works well.

> Plunder Site

Galathon, Taul, and Taris again.

>Patrol Neutral Zone

Anyone with Leadership. The Tal Shiar personnel (Major Rakal, Telak, Vakis, Lovok, Senator Vreenak) also work well, since HQ: Defensive Measures will give them Leadership and let you get rid of your opponent's Romulans in the Neutral Zone.

Really the Romulans have no bad ships. All of the unique Warbirds have their advantages, but I think the Terix and Devoras are the most popular. The Decius is probably the hardest to staff though. The best part, however, is that the D'Deridex Advanced is the only Warbird without a matching commander. If you like big ships, go with the Terix first, and the other named Warbirds second. If you're using Spacedoor, forget the named Warbirds and go with at least one D'Deridex (D'Deridex Advanced if you're using a lot of Tal Shiar). The Cha'Joh, Pi, and Scout Vessels are great with Scout Encounter. However, the Cha'Joh is unbelievable in battle with the Sisters Of Duras, Captain's Log, and the Defiant Dedication Plaque. Or, if you prefer armadas for battle or redshirting, the T'Pau and the Science Vessels are phenominal little ships - essentially mini-K'Vorts.
