>Anyways I was at a tournament last sat. and I asked to slow seed cuz since its sanctioned I have to hold my opponent down to the ground with the rules. So I proceeded to seed my HAs slow seeding so I could get last seeds on some missions... He said "pass" twice during seeding. I didn't want to deal with the "pass pass pass" garbage. I couldn't find it in the glossary whether that is legal and I didn't want to waste time since I was sure I could beat him anyways (and I proceeded to do so).

>I was just wondering if that was legal, since I have to self-seed my space missions many times to make them borg proof. And if it is, where's the red letter document I can shove into my opponent's face??

Yes, passing is legal. Anyone can pass during the seed phase, but if both players consecutively pass, then that phase ends. This is stated on pg. 4 of the Starter Deck II rule book.
