Ketracel-White works just like any other equipment card, really. Anyone present with a copy will not undergo White deprivation. However, if any addicted personnel are present it will countdown (this works exactly like every other countdown in the game). Normally, every copy you have in an away team or crew with addicted personnel will countdown. However, you can choose to have only one copy per group to countdown if a Vorta is in that group. For instance, if you have addicted Jem'Hadar present with three copies of Ketracel-White all three copies will countdown. If, say, Weyoun is present, you'll be able to choose one of them to countdown.
If no White is present, your addicted personnel will undergo White deprivation. At the start of each turn, your White deprived personnel will battle, regardless of leaders and affiliation attack restrictions. If any of your opponent's personnel (Founders excluded) are present, they'll be attacked. If your opponent doesn't have any personnel present, your addicted personnel will attack the rest of your personnel present (again, excluding Founders). Finally, if noone else is present, your addicted personnel will fight amongst themselves (divide them in half, randomly, and battle as normal). Once any battles are over, one addicted personnel will die (random selection) from withdrawal.
