Using this situation above for example, if both players are playing the Federation, and Player 1 losses his entire away team on the planet, then can Player 2 come up during his turn and use any remaining Fed Equipment left there by Player 1?? > Nope. A card must *specifically* say that it allows you to steal equipment. Currently, the only card that does that, IIRC, is the Procurement Drone. So to use your example, just because Player 1 left equipment behind, doesn't mean that Player 2 can simply beam down and take it. >And here's a follow-up to that question. In a game I played last week as a Klingon, I attempted a Bat'leth Tournament (Honor + any Bat'leth) and lost my entire away team. The Bat'leth remained on the surface, and was "picked up" by my opponent, who was playing a Non-Aligned deck. Tallera was in his away team, so it was in reality a Romulan away team - and he had Dr. Nydom (Honor) as well. We talked over how this one would play out. Obviously, since there was no Klingon in the away team, you would not get the Strenght or Combat bonus. However, the Mission only requires the Bat'leth's presence, along with Honor - so I agreed that would meet the mission requirements had he had a Espionage: Romulan vs. Klingon. Well, you're right that you should be able to solve it that way. However, your opponent could not legally have taken the Bat'leth. > >Your thots are appreciated.... > Taibak
