>1. How do you use Q's Tent?

To use Q's Tent, you first need to seed a copy of Q's Tent atop your Q's Tent side deck during the Doorway Phase. This brings the side deck into play. You can access the side deck in one of four ways:

1: You may download from Q's Tent, if the Tent is open.

2: If your Tent is open, you may play and discard a copy of Q's Tent from your hand to choose a card from the side deck and place that card in your hand. If you do this, you can draw no other cards that turn for any reason.

3: If your Tent is open, you may play a copy of Q's Tent from your hand and return that copy to the top of your draw deck. This allows you to randomly select a card from your side deck and place that card in your hand. If you use this method, you can draw no other cards that turn for any reason.

4: Certain cards let you retrieve cards from your Q's Tent side deck. Q's Planet and Hide And Seek (for example) let you seed cards from your Tent.

>2. How do you play Q interrupts?

Q-Interrupts must be stocked in a Q-Continuum side deck. They can not be played from your hand. The same applies for all Q-Icon cards. However, some cards - like Q's Planet, Beware Of Q, and Hide And Seek - have functions that override this. To use the side deck, you seed a Q-Flash atop your Q-Continuum side deck (not to be confused with Q's Tent) during the Doorway Phase. You then, during the dilemma phase, seed additional Q-Flashes during the dilemma phase, as dilemmas. When your opponent encounters a Q-Flash during a mission attempt of a scouting attempt, they encounter one card from your Q-Continuum side deck for every personnel in the mission or scouting attempt.

Also, Q-Icon cards read like dilemmas. 'You' refers to the person encountering them and 'your opponent' refers to the person who stocked the card in his side deck.

For more details, check the Glossary under 'side decks,' and 'Q-Continuum.'

>3. Can you use a special download (ie. Sense the Borg, Assimilate This!) at any time? (ie. during your opponents turn also?)

Yes. By definition, special downloads suspend play and can be used at any time. Check the Glossary under 'special downloads,' and 'suspends play' for more details.
