Probably the best-known strategy for this card is to eliminate bad card draws,but there are two other ways to use it,First,use it to control probes.Second,use it to move the top card of your draw deck to the bottom,draw a different card, then use Remodulation to get the card you just moved.It is an intresting way to bring new life to this Artifact.
