All of them. Nothing on the tribble cards says anything about cancelling other tribbles.

It stays in play. What would cause it to leave play?

No effect. You get those effects if there at least that many tribbles present -- those are not references to 100 Tribbles and 1,000 Tribbles cards. If the trouble card lists a 100 effect and a 1,000 effect, you get both effects whenever there are at least 1,000 tribbles (in any assortment) present.
