I would have sworn it was, but I find that not only is it not in the
Glossary, it was apparently never in the FAQ to begin with. Jason "Q"
Winter did rule in a private email to me in October 96 that once you had
attempted the mission once, if you got "stopped" or the attempt otherwise
ended, you could leave on your next turn. That's the way I have always
ruled. It almost has to be that way, because otherwise there are too many
ways to make it a permanent trap. For example, if the first dilemma you
encounter is Lack of preparation and you have no Equipment cards aboard,
you would have to keep reattempting each turn, losing 10 points each time.
