I have several questions that have come up in local gameplay - any thoughts on these??

"Related Equipment"

One of my players downloaded a whole slew of equipment when he commandeered Empok Nor. He had an Ore Processing Site, but no Infirmiry (don't ask why he didn't dowload it for free - I don't have a clue). But he downloaded both the equipment that gave "each ENGINEER MEDICAL skill" and "each MEDICAL ENGINEER skill" (sorry, don't remember the exact card names)

I haven't found an entry in the Rulebook, Glossary or CR that covers this. Any ideas.

Also, as a follow-up, could he have downloaded the Breen CRM114 "Breen-zoka" to the Security Site without an arms dealer since it is a download not a report.



VR Headsets

Card states: "Each VR Headset aboard your [DOM] ship allows one Vorta, Jem'Hadar, or Cardassian present to enhance Weapons and Shields +1 and (if Vorta) to serve as matching commander".

This card implies "cumulative" (Each VR Headset). Does this mean that you can have more than one matching commander for a ship with multiple VR Headsets?

I would think "No" - that the cumulative effect was for the Weapons and Shields.


Montana Missile Complex/Phoenix

The Montana Missile Comple Time Location requires you to play a Phoenix from outside the game. Since the Phoenix has a AU icon, does this require you to have an AU/STP/TMW inplay to allow the Phoenix to arrive in play?

I wouldn't think so, but I haven't found any ruling that says one way or the other.
