Yes. He is targeting a mission location which is your mission. You read your Access Denued from your point of view. Is that Establish Gateway targeting your mission? Yes. However, you cannot place the Access Denied on that stacked mission, because that places on "opponent's mission." From your point of view (it's your Access Denied), that is not the opponent's mission -- it is yours.

Yes. It is your mission for use of your Sphere Encounter.
