New Policy for FAQs and Current Rulings
In order to better serve the gaming community, the following
is the new policy regarding FAQs and current rulings documents
which will apply to all of Decipher's CCGs/TCGs:
"Unless otherwise indicated, all FAQs and current rulings
will become effective seven days after they are issued. All
such documents will be issued with an effective date indicated."
To maintain consistency, all tournaments that fall before
the effective date should not enforce the new rulings.
