And I feel like it's a complete exploitation on Decipher's part if I have to buy a handful of starters so I can get a LoP or a Gravimetric Distortion, or what have you just so I can use it in my Voyager only deck when I have ten or twenty legitimate copies of the same card just with the wrong property logo. Incidentally, the CR does say that a copy is a copy irrespective of property logos... I see that there are benefits and disadvantages to either way. Benefits being that us old players don't have to invest another $50 to get old dilemmas we already have *tons* of. Disadvantages being that a newbie player who just started in Voyager (and doesn't have all the cards) and sees a "non-Voyager" card, he'll think "what the..." and be confused. But I think that latter disadvantage is minor as it's pretty simple to explain, "oh, well it's a reprinted card", especially if a card list is on hand from the TD... especially compared to the discontent of established players over having to buy more of the same cards. The newbie-friendliness was a prime consideration for this set -- the Voyager environment is an entry point, and we want to keep it as unequivocal and unconfusing as possible. There is no reason for a TD or anyone else to have a card list to verify what is legal; it's very simple: Voyager property logos, and any DQ mission.
