It depends on whether the results of your probe involve a download. Once you determine the outcome of the probe, you place the probe card back on your draw deck. Then you carry out the outcome instructions. Then you draw your card to end your turn. If the probe outcome involves a download, the probe card will be shuffled in at the end of the download, before your card draw. If no download, then that will be the card your draw.
