Vendetta

With only a small handful of personnel possessing the skill of Law (and it not being a likely skill selection for Reflection Therapy), Vendetta serves as a one-turn stopping dilemma, if nothing else. That makes it a fair addition to a mission stealing deck, where you can place it to stop an opponent's Away Team or crew after they've kindly removed any other dilemmas for you. Still, the real power of Vendetta comes in combining it with the variety of ways in which you can kill personnel. Getting 5 points for using the Yuta, Shot in the Back, or Common Thief you were probably using anyway is icing on the cake.
Combos:
Vendetta + Mission Debriefing: Target the weakest personnel present, then stop their Away Team after a mission attempt. You can then come collect points using your personnel battle strategy.
Vendetta + Unscientific Method + Barclay's Protomorphosis Disease: Why settle for just killing the marked personnel when you can take out the whole group while you're at it?
