Orren Ran

Being the only Klaestron ENGINEER around, Orren Ran is already quite important to anyone looking to build additional Klaestron Outposts during play. He can help with a good deal more, though. Unlike many CIVILIANs, Orren Ran has a staff icon, which may come in handy for ferrying personnel between a facility and a Colony. And of course, Geology is growing more important with dilemmas like Seismic Quake and Odo's "Cousin" on the scene.
