With the Cardassians not being overloaded with high INTEGRITY and Honor, Natima Lang can fill those needs very well, especially if you include at least one of the other dissidents (Rekelen, Hogue, Ari or Tekeny Ghemor) to increase her to 10-10-6. Whether you're trying to pass a Q-Net or Shaka, another Diplomacy is always useful. She and her companion dissident will provide a particularly welcome INTEGRITY boost to a Cardassian/Romulan treaty deck.

Combo:
Natima Lang + Rekelen + Hogue + Camping Trip + Colony: A little extra CUNNING to solve the mission, then have the three CIVILIANS settle in for 6 Colony points each turn.
