Lethean Telepathic Attack

Although this dilemma has conditions (2 Empathy) that can allow you to overcome it, the chances are slim that you will do so; Maques, Lwaxana Troi and Tam Elbrun are the only multiple Empaths in the game, and very few players will have more than one Empathic personnel in their Away Team. So it's almost a foregone conclusion that someone will be disabled for three turns or killed, and the rest of the Away Team or crew will be stopped. Fortunately, the dilemma plays on the affected personnel (and would be discarded along with that personnel if he is killed), so you only have to face it once.

Combos:
Empathic Echo + Lethean Telepathic Attack: If you *did* have more than one Empath, you probably don't any more.

Interphasic Plasma Creatures + Lethean Telepathic Attack: Makes it just that much less likely that the victim will survive.
