Karina

The Romulans can always use another strong female personnel, and Karina is no exception. Along with the trademark Romulan Treachery (and low INTEGRITY), she has an always-useful SCIENCE skill as well as Transporter Skill, which is seeing more use with DS9. Her V.I.P. classification will allow your Romulan ships to dock at a Nor, and is turning up more often as a mission requirement (though not often on Romulan missions, but don't forget the Romulans can espionage on every other affiliation).

Combos:
Karina + Dropping In: Boarding parties are fun. Karina + Deliver Supplies: No Romulan icon, but just include a Non-Aligned personnel in your crew. Karina provides the Transporter Skill in orbit.
