Hypospray

Since MEDICAL personnel are typically among the weakest, having a Hypospray around for a personnel battle can literally be a lifesaver. With the Hypospray, your MEDICAL can automatically stun their adversary, even the powerful Sisters of Duras or Roga Danar. You can also prevent one of your mortally wounded personnel from dying by changing them to disabled. Even if you don't have a station to return them to, disabled can still be a better fate than death -- you can use a Space/Time Portal to return that personnel (on board a ship) to your hand and report them again, as good as new. No need to go fishing in the discard pile.

Combo:
Hypospray + Genetronic Replicator + Treaty: Federation/Romulan/Klingon: With a Hypospray in the hands of a double MEDICAL personnel, your Federation attack force (made possible by the Treaty) becomes almost totally invulnerable. The MEDICAL will never have to really face an adversary, leaving them free to patch up anyone who gets killed with the Replicator.
