Guest Quarters

A great way of manipulating your deck, a V.I.P. in the Guest Quarters becomes a sort of cousin to the Orb and Prophecy and Change, allowing you to draw two cards and replace one during your turn. Since any V.I.P. can report there, you'll want to be sure you have people on your station who can battle uninvited guests. You will also want to move someone into the Guest Quarters as quickly as possible, whether they are a V.I.P. or not, since your opponent cannot report there if the Quarters are occupied.

Kivas Fajo -- Collector + Guest Quarters x3: While you can't apply the Guest Quarters cumulatively to one card draw, you can use different Quarters on diffferent draws if you like. How does picking the best 3 of your next 6 cards sound?

The Emissary + Guest Quarters: Even though it is occupied, even if they aren't V.I.P.s, your Bajorans can report to the Guest Quarters (and thus, to your station) thanks to The Emissary's special game text.
