Even among the brighter affiliations, personnel with 8 CUNNING or better aren't necessarily commonplace. But that's exactly what your opponent will need to pass this dilemma without incident -- two of them, in fact. Assuming the random selection turns up the smart members of the group; you might just as likely choose less CUNNING personnel, who nonetheless contribute vital skills to your opponent's mission attempt. Without the aid of a PADD or other CUNNING enhancer, your opponent is very likely to have two personnel stopped by the "harmless" Garanian Bolites. Perhaps not so harmless if those two personnel had the skills needed to overcome your next dilemma!

Combo:
Garanian Bolites + Disruptor Overload: Beware of PADDs, or even worse, a Hypospray. Use Disruptor Overload to make sure your opponent won't have them.
