Sisko is a good, solid OFFICER with the almost standard Diplomacy, Honor, Leadership skills combo. For added attractions, he has Navigation (can't get enough Navigation these days with the Badlands and Navigate Plasma Storms) and ENGINEER (can't get enough ENGINEERS these days with Duonetic Field Generator, Isolinear Puzzle and Theta-Radiation Poisoning). Of course, he's one of the two matching commanders (the other is First Contact Worf) for the U.S.S. Defiant. And if he leads the Away Team to commandeer your opponent's Nor, he can download Baseball and score 20 points.
