Online Ordering - Order direct from The Eccentric Order via our web site by your choice of secure or standard order forms. They are both safe and easy to use methods of information transfer. When you use the online order form, you are shown all the information you have entered, so that you may check it before choosing to send it.

Note: If you choose to order online, you will receive a four-digit order number as soon as your order is sent. Please make a note of it. You can then refer to it should you have any need to communicate with our customer service representatives. This number has no relevance to any other number. It is your order reference number only.

How Do I Pay For My Order?

Sorry, cash and C.O.D. are not payment options that we accept.

Credit Card - Payment by credit card will always be the most direct way of paying and will always get the product to you in the least time. We accept Visa or Mastercard only. Your card will be charged in US dollars the day it ships from our warehouse, and if you are ordering from outside the US, will be converted to your local currency by the credit card issuer when the charge is applied. Note, debit cards and central check cards sometimes carry the Visa or Mastercard logo, but they are not credit cards, and are not accepted by our authorizing agency. If you are in doubt as to how your card functions, please call the financial institution that issued the card.

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

Delivery options - For The Fajo Collection, we have chosen two shipping services - DHL Express and RPS Standard Service. Both are available to our US customers. DHL Express is the only available option for international customers (including Canada) - they both offer trackable delivery and a fair price for the service they offer. In the best interests of our customers, we do not offer additional shipping methods. For APO/FPO delivery, see below. Note: Neither RPS nor DHL Express can deliver to a Post Office Box. Please give a complete home or business address and a telephone number.

APO or FPO delivery - US military customers may choose to have products shipped to their permanent address or to US military APO or FPO addresses. However, RPS and DHL will not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. In this exceptional circumstance, The Eccentric Order will use US Post Express delivery, which is trackable only as far as the military base, but not to the individual. If you choose this option, The Eccentric Order cannot be liable for packages that do not reach their APO/FPO destination.

Sales tax, import taxes and duties - The Eccentric Order does not charge and is not responsible for local taxes, duties or customs fees assessed to customers outside the US, with the sole exception of 4.5% state sales tax added to products shipped to Virginia residents.

Customs policies and charges vary widely and are subject to unannounced change. Please, if you are not familiar with after-purchase charges that may be levied by your local government, contact your local customs office for information. Every customer outside of the US will receive a separate invoice from DHL (who cover these charges up front and then charge after the product has been delivered). This charge will consist of import duties, local GST (general sales tax) or VAT (value added tax) and any local administration fees. In Europe you can expect this amount to be somewhere around 25% of the total cost of your order (including shipping charges).

In certain countries there are particular thresholds that will have an effect on how much you are charged. For example, in Australia, when ordering multiple copies of our products it is important to note that a sales tax will be added to amounts OVER approximately $123.00. This means that it may be more economical for you to choose to order multiple copies as single separate orders, rather than as one shipment. Consider shipping costs when you calculate your options.

Again, it is customary for DHL Express to pay after-purchase charges directly to your local government to expedite delivery to you. After delivery, international customers are then invoiced for these fees by the shipper. Again, The Eccentric Order does not charge and is not responsible for these fees. They are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking delivery - We have chosen delivery services that allow a shipment's progress to be tracked from our warehouse to your address. Our delivery services require that you or your agent sign for receipt of the product. This is the final link in the "chain of accountability."

Tracking systems are meant to be used to investigate the whereabouts of an overdue package. These systems are not meant as a tool to observe or hurry along a delivery that is otherwise on time. Please allow plenty of time for delivery. Shipment via RPS Standard Service to US addresses takes 5-10 days once it has left the warehouse. DHL Express delivery worldwide is guaranteed 5-7 days after leaving the warehouse. Note, these delivery times are in addition to the time it takes to process your order, which is normally one week.

How Much Will My Order Cost?

The Fajo Collection - Each copy of The Fajo Collection costs $80 (US dollars). Please do not deduct rebate offers from the cost of The Fajo Collection sets when making out your payment. A rebate is an after-purchase refund. Each Star Trek Customizable Card Game Uncut Sheets set costs $100 each. For our product costs in UK £ and Australian dollars, please see the tables below.

Uncut Sheet Sets - Each set costs $100 (US dollars). The base price per set in Australian dollars is $150. The price in UK sterling is £60.

Discounted ($50 Off coupon) Cost - One coupon may be applied to the cost of one set. This is expressed as $50 off the cost of a set priced $100 US dollars, for a total cost of $50. If purchasing with a money order drawn on Australian dollars, the set priced at $150 Australian dollars, when discounted by a valid coupon, is $75 Australian dollars. If purchased with a Eurocheck drawn on UK sterling, the set priced at £ 60, when discounted by a valid coupon, is £ 30.

Note, the coupon is applicable only to the purchase price of an Uncut Sheets set: additional charges or fees (ie, shipping) are not affected.

Because the uncut sheet sets are an oversized product, shipping costs will be high. However, up to three sets can be shipped in the same package, so the price of shipping remains the same for one to three sets delivered to the same customer. How Do I Complete My Order?

"Must Haves" - no product order is complete if it does not contain correct and complete name, address, phone and selection information. Please give this same information whether you submit an order online, by mail, phone or fax.

If your order needs to be completed, we'll contact you. But what if your contact information is not correct, or is incomplete? Daily, we add the names of those who should contact us about their orders to our web site list. If you find your name there, please contact us.

How to change or correct your order - Please, do not attempt to change or correct your order online. It will only compound the error. Let us help you. How Do I Claim Rebates and Use Coupons?

The Fajo Collection Rebate - A rebate is a refund made to a customer after the purchase of an item. Please keep this in mind. Do not deduct the value of The Fajo Collection rebate from your payment.

The rebate vouchers (each good for $10 off) in each Star Trek CCG First Anthology set must be sent to The Eccentric Order with a proof of purchase from a copy of The Fajo Collection (found inside the set). The rebate offer is good through December 31, 1998. This is an extension of the original expiration date (March 31, 1998) printed on the rebate voucher itself.

You may apply up to three ($10 off) vouchers for each copy of The Fajo Collection you purchase.

How Do I Return Damaged Product?

If there is an imperfection in a product you have purchased from The Eccentric Order, please be in touch with us so that we may correct the problem.

The Fajo Collection
Here are problems we have identified that are specific to The Fajo Collection, with directions for the simplest solution to each.

Flawed or Misprinted Cards - One-for-one card replacement is easily done.

Please enclose the flawed card or cards in an envelope addressed to Fajo Card Replacement, Decipher, PO Box 254, Norfolk, VA 23501. Mail it off, and replacement cards will be sent to you as soon as possible. Decipher can not replace cards it does not receive. Consider sending the cards by an economical guaranteed delivery. In the US, try registered mail, and outside the US, insured mail, from your local post office.

Flawed Binders - If you are having problems with torn pockets in the binder, Decipher, maker of the set, will send you a replacement binder. This will be empty - completely empty - and will not be accompanied by a slip case. You do not need to return the torn binder to Decipher.

In order to expedite this replacement please send an email to ccgcustomerservice@decipher.com with Address for replacement binder in the mail subject line.

In the body of the email, include the following: your full name and address and daytime telephone number; your original order number; the number from The Fajo Collection certificate of authenticity, and, the date you received your damaged copy (or copies), along with the number of damaged binders you are requesting a replacement for.

Missing Cards - If your copy of The Fajo Collection is not complete, we will have to collect it in order to arrange a replacement. Please send an email to ccgcustomerservice@decipher.com with Defective Product Pick-up in the mail subject line.
