The Eccentric Order has prepared this FAQ to answer your most common queries about purchasing The Fajo Collection. Hopefully this will give you information that could save you a call to our Customer Service representatives. Of course, if your question is not addressed in this FAQ, please call us. Q: What do you mean by pre-order? When will I actually have an order?
A: You are reserving your copy of The Fajo Collection. Your order will be completed in the coming weeks when a representative from The Eccentric Order contacts you to complete the transaction. After the transaction is completed, your copy or copies will be sent to you in the manner that you have selected, when they are ready for shipment.

Q: Can I get an order number when I make my reservation for The Fajo Collection?
A: Yes, you should receive an order number from The Eccentric Order. You will get it in either of two ways. If you place your order directly with a representative of The Eccentric Order, you will be given one at that time. If you order via The Eccentric Order web site and provide a valid email address in the pre-order form, you should receive an automatic email message confirming placement of your order and providing your order number.

Q: What's the significance of the order number?
A: The order number is used by our Customer Service staff for internal reference. An order number in no way represents the number of your copy of The Fajo Collection.

Q: I made my reservation via The Eccentric Order web site early on and didn't receive an order number. Why?
A: The web site wasn't set up to give an order number until the third day of ordering. Don't worry, you will be contacted by one of our phone representatives to complete your order.

Q: Is each copy of The Fajo Collection numbered, and is my order number the same thing as the number of The Fajo Collection set I will receive?
A: Each of the 40,000 copies of The Fajo Collection (first edition) is sequentially numbered. The earlier you order the lower your number will be. But we cannot guarantee exact correspondence of order to set number, i.e., order number 350 will not receive set No. 350. Your order number is for customer service reference during the ordering process. It bears no relation to The Fajo Collection set you receive.

Q: Where in each Fajo Collection set is the order number found?
A: The order number will be found on the signed Certificate of Authenticity enclosed in each copy of The Fajo Collection.

Q: What do I need to do to make changes to the pre-order I've placed? For example, to add or subtract copies?
A: If you have made a mistake or simply wish to change pre-order information you will have an opportunity to do so when The Eccentric Order representative contacts you.

Q: What should I include when I send in my money order to The Eccentric Order? (*Only those who ordered by phone should be doing this at the moment).
A: In the envelope containing your Money Order, please enclose a sheet of paper containing your name, the address to which your copies will be sent, and the total cost of your order, as quoted to you by The Eccentric Order representative.

Q: When will you begin to take complete credit card numbers over the web site?
A: As soon as possible. For now, it is necessary for you to wait for The Eccentric Order's customer service staff to contact you.

Q: When can I send in my money?
A: Only after a customer service representative from The Eccentric Order has confirmed the total cost of your order, and has asked you to send in your payment.

Q: To whom do I make payable my certified check or money order?
A: Make them payable to The Eccentric Order.

Q: If I give The Eccentric Order my credit card number, when will the cost of my order be charged against my account?
A: When the product is ready for shipment from the warehouse.

Q: If I should forget the total amount of my pre-order, how can I check on it before I draw up the certified check or money order?
A: If you are absolutely sure of the details of your order, you can easily figure out the cost by multiplying the number of copies you have ordered by $80, and then adding the appropriate shipping and handling cost from the chart provided on The Eccentric Order web site. (Virginia residents must also add 4.5% of the product cost for sales tax.) Otherwise, please call The Eccentric Order and let us assist you with this information.

Q: If I send in a money order, but the amount is wrong, what will happen?
A: A representative of The Eccentric Order will contact you.

Q: I've reserved my copy (or copies) of The Fajo Collection through The Eccentric Order web site. What's the next step?
A: A customer service representative will be in touch. Please don't be anxious about this. It may take a week or so, but we will be in touch, as long as you have provided us with a way to contact you!

Q: Does The Eccentric Order offer shipping options other than UPS Standard and DHL International Express?
A: No, not at this time. These are the two trackable options we have selected.

Q: You ask for a physical mailing address on the order form. What about my Post Office Box?
A: Neither of our delivery options will deliver to a Post Office Box. We are sorry. You will have to find an alternative for us to use, that must be a full address.

Q: What about APO and FPO addresses for military customers?
A: UPS and DHL do not deliver to an APO of FPO address. If you wish to select either of these options you must give a full postal address for delivery and you will be charged the appropriate rate for the country in which you reside. For those APO and FPO based customers who cannot give a postal address we offer the option of using US Express post. This delivery is trackable only as far as a military base, but not right to the individual. We will not be liable for any packages not delivered to you.

The cost for Express service to APO and FPO addresses is as follows: 1 copy will be $17.25, 2 copies will be $21.55, 3 copies will be $26.45 and 4 copies will be $29.80.

Q: I'm nervous about sending my credit card information to a web site. What are my other options?
A: Once we have a secure server certification we will be able to accept credit card numbers via this web site. This is a very safe method of information transfer. However, we are happy to provide other options. You can call us directly, email us at sales@eccentric.com, or fax your order to (757) 664-2102.

Q: I'm a Virginia resident. How do I figure out the tax and the total cost for my copies of The Fajo Collection?
A: The Virginia state sales tax on this purchase is 4.5%. Only the cost of the item is taxed. If you ordered one copy, add $3.60 to the basic product cost of $80.00: if two, $7.20; if three, $10.80; if four, $14.40. Then add the shipping and handling cost (appropriate for the number of copies you have ordered) from the table provided on the web site.

Q: How do I get my rebate?
A: You may get a rebate for up to three $10 coupons (Doorway coupons) on each copy of The Fajo Collection you purchase. (Each Star Trek CCG First Anthology set included one such Doorway coupon.) You must endorse the coupon with all the required information and mail it to The Eccentric Order, along with the proof of purchase (also endorsed) which is found inside each copy of The Fajo Collection. If you provide a credit card number the rebate will be credited to that account. If you do not, reimbursement will be made by a check.
