When a mission (even Q's Planet) is Supernova-ed, it is destroyed. None of the game text is considered to be present with the sole exception of the mission's span. You could replace the mission on the spaceline with a slip of paper with the span written on it, and have the same effect.
Once Q's Planet has been destroyed either by a Supernova or a Black Hole, the 140-point text is gone and no longer applies.
