Well, the problem is that the download of the K-W *is* dependent on the download of the supply depot; it's in parentheses, indicating it is not a separate effect. You can download a "Remote Supply Depot (plus one Ketracel-White)." It's somewhat like Immortal Again, which "Nullifies Mortal Q (and any Calamarain." (You can't play it *just* to nullify Calamarain; you have to nullify a Mortal Q with it, and any Calamarain just go along too.)
