>Here's a question that came up in play in a game Saturday evening. My friend is playing the Borg and plays a "We Are The Borg" event out of his Q's Tent.

Q's Tent prevents you from drawing anything else that turn, for any reason. If you have We Are The Borg in play and you play a Tent, you may not draw any cards at the end of your turn.
