Strategy:
First turn harvesting of one of the mission specialists (and they thought I said they were there to lend a hand ;-) allows downloading of Danara Pel to the planet where you've seeded Ancestral Vision. Of course, if you get Chakotay in the starting hand then he's the man for the job). Either way, you should be able to get at least 2 card draws from the end of Turn One onwards. Naturally this will be a tempting target for your opponent... I say let them visit and be harvested for their small victory.
Downloading Vidiians allows for some powerful combinations. Download Motura and then special download Dereth. Adding in the rescued drone from the collective, Seven of Nine, allows for the Vidiians to benefit from the nanoprobe technology extending life in failing organs. All in all, a bad time had by all for your opponent. Should your opponent try to board you they'll have a fight on their hands with the 2 Harvesters stunning them before they can even hit your crew... and that means that they'll have someone there next turn to get the scoop on.
