How it Works:
This deck's main strategy is to suppress the opponent while mission solving. Use
Target Shields to soften up any ship (even a docked ship) in combo with Outgunned
and Romulan Ambush. Outgunned is especially good, as your opponent won't be able
to Regenerate or recycle his personnel once you've captured them.
The deck has quite a few nice things about it. Most of the personnel play for
free, leaving your normal card play to do something else. It also has several
layers of defense: Paxan "Wormhole" (which protects you from most fleet decks),
and Engage Cloak and Distortion of Space/Time Continuum (which protect you from
things like Borg assimilation and Invasive Beam-In).
There's also a surprise for any opponent using Espionage Mission in their deck.
By flipping Spacedoor for a Romulan Shuttle and then using a Q's Tent for Ready
Room Door, you can get Senator Vreenak out on the first turn, who (along with
Selok) can complete that mission on the first turn.
