What It's About:
Here's a Patrol Neutral Zone design with a twist. It uses Isabella, instead of
Temporal Rifts, to clear opposing ships from the Neutral Zone. He played it brilliantly
to place second at the Wizard World Invitational, a Star Trek CCG qualifying event
for World Championships '99.

How It Works:
Redshirt with Romulans and use the Stooges, Larry, Moe, Curly and Shemp (Soong
Type Androids x 4) and Q's Tent personnel to get around wall dilemmas. Use Anti-Time
Anomalies to keep opponent's personnel down and off of ships that can be Isabella'ed
if in the Neutral Zone.
