How it works:
The whole idea of this deck is to get almost everyone on the table and travel to the Gamma Quadrant to do Aid Fugitives, then sit on a Colony with the CIVILIAN-heavy Ferengi.

The Hunt for DNA Program is to draw away as many of the best dilemmas as possible as it has the most points. Most of the dilemmas are anti-MEDICAL, and with Protection Racket you can almost always pick off the few MEDICAL they do report. Once you have the Orb you can easily be playing up to *five* cards a turn, and with Dabo up and running you can be drawing the same. The deck is fairly big, but it needed interrupts to discard to Dabo. It could counter most decks as not many people have more than 4 MEDICAL.

The main threats to the deck are the Borg and other Ferengi, so I have included 2 Disruptor Rifles and HQ: Defensive Measures to help battle them. If someone plays Borg or Ferengi, get the Rifles using the 2 Latinum you can have by your second turn (with the seeded 1st Rule and by downloading Morn to the Cargo Bay), then go beat them up.
