Bajoran Orb Deck - CT States
by Gregory Dabkowski
Seed phase: Try and get Cardassia next to Bajor. This will make the trip home easier. Seed the Starry Night under Cardassia (a homeworld) since most players put Dead End under the HQ mission. If you see an HQ deck (Romulus, Qo'noS, Ferenginar) change the dilemma combos to the Sheliak/Dal'Rok/Dead End to slow them down. Seed DS9 at Refuse Immigration. Play phase: First turn: Download Brunt and his Writ to the Guest Quarters for drawing manipulation. If you have a Q Tent and they are playing Romulan or Klingon, get the Sisters and trip the Sheliak/Da'Rok. If you're brave enough try and steal Ferenginar with Quark. They most likely won't be able to beat the HQ with the Secure Homeworld requirements before the Sheliak hits (of course a good Ferengi player keeps Nog or Quark in his tent for just such a scenario). Download Establish Landing Protocols with the Pads, and report free people to the HQ. Do not play the Return Orbs to Bajor on Orb personnel until AFTER the Orbs have been earned (what if the Orb people die?). Try and get Odo on an interceptor over Cardassia ASAP to scan, and land each ship before attempting missions (Alien Parasites, etc.). Do not red shirt without the mission requirements. Use the Science Lab to scan Refuse Immigration. Use Kira to beat Cardassia ASAP and get the Orbs. Draw an Examine card every turn with Examine Singularity and use the Scrolls for more cards. Download with Ops who you need for missions. If you opponent self seeded an artifact, get the Devil ASAP to stop Flute and Horga'hn decks. Use the STP and AU Door to stop Temporal Rifts, and the Revolving Door to stop Borg TNG and Temporal Vortexes on your Sheliaks and Cubes. Good luck! Gregory Dabkowski
