Engage Cloak / Tachyon Detection Grid Question ... Klauser ... [3/13/99 09:57]

Here's another question that came up last night. If Player A's ship placed on the Engage Cloak Objective is "decloaked" during Player B's turn by a Tachyon Detection Grid, am I correct in assuming that Player A must move his ship immediately even though it is his opponent's turn??
