When it comes to seedability, this mission is very easy,a dn teh fact you can donwload any non-align helps in most any deck. Some of the best personnel are NA, like Roga, Salia, Lore, Vekor, etc... The fact you can download any such perosnnel should be a great boon for any deck. (Not that I would use this in all ym decks or anything, but it is a nice card.)
