"The battle is conducted exactly like a normal ship battle, with the exception that the Borg Ship dilemma attacks multiple targets (normally, a ship battle may have only target) and attacks each target with its full WEAPONS of 24. The attacks may be consider simultaneous. For example, if the Borg Ship dilemma attacks four of your ships at one location, all may retaliate (return fire) togehter, even if all are being destroyed by a direct hit." |
