1.The State of your area (not only for the Decipher game you represent but
for other games, and CCG/TCG's in general: rumors you might have picked up,
relationships with retailers, sales information, tournament and event
attendance stuff like that)
Even though the University has let out for the summer-and some of our players have gone home-we are still going strong. We picked up 3 additional STCCG players this week at our Decipher game night. They haven't played much in awhile-but are coming back out to join us. STCCG is continuing to sell well, as is LoTR. The new STRPG is selling well also. We ran "demo"s 2 weeks at game night-the first week was character creation-the second was a short scenario to get our feet wet. The participants enjoyed themselves, and we will be doing more in the future-a local player (Zeb Sanny) is preparing for the next one. The WOTC version of the Star Wars card game is selling well and being recieved well locally, as are Yu-Gi-Oh and Hero Clix. Magic still has it's loyal following-but I don't see many new faces showing up for their game night (held at the same time as ours). Once again this month, I am happy to say that we still outnumber the Magic players every game night. There are now 3 nights on which players of Decipher games gather at our fav haunt-I am not always there for the Wed night one, and rarely there for Friday night-but both attract players. I held a tournament on May 3rd that had a great turn out-if I remember correctly there were 14 players there, the most we have had yet for a tourney that wasn't a "special" event.

2.What have you done "For Love Of The Game" in the past month?: demos, new
retailer contacts, new avenues explored, TD recruitment and coordination,
events held, tournaments run,....
The May 3rd tourney was the only tourney held, I do have a TD running one in June though for the first time in a long time. It is a scenario tourney (Klingon Civil War thing) so it will be interesting to see how that turns out.

3. What new target (store, gaming clubs, special event) are you planning to
establish contact with in the next month, to promote Decipher games?
I would like to re-visit some of the DesMoines stores.

4.What have you got planned to promote the Decipher game you represent in
the next month(s)
Continued Decipher night on Mondays at the local haunt. The Territorial Opens are on June 8. Support and help advertise the other TD's scenario tournament.
