---------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello there,

This is an automated response to your submission for Ambassadorship
status that will give you some information about becoming part of our
incredible volunteer squadron! We are always looking for experienced
tourney directors that want to increase their involvement in promoting
our game in their communities. All of our Ambassadors have a history of
running quality tournaments, and have established a good relationship
with their local retailers. It is also important that our volunteers not
be retailers themselves, as this causes a conflict of interest for
Decipher and for that prospect's playing community. We wouldn't expect
any volunteer that actually worked for one specific retailer to do any
promotion other than right in their own store. Please expect this process
to take about 1 month. There are many good people looking for a slot
within the Ambassador program, so please have patience.

If you fit this profile, then here's an email interview to fill out and
return to me. Send it with "COMPLETED APPLICATION" in the subject heading
(this is very important, I have email filters set up to make sure that
I see your application right away). If your completed interview does not
have this subject heading, I may not receive it. I'll be reviewing these
interviews periodically. If we like your interview, then we'll be in touch
with you to take the next step. Thanks for your interest. Here you go!

Dear Potential Ambassador,

Thank you for your interest in our Star Trek Customizable Card Game
Ambassador Volunteer Program. We are always interested in talking to
those qualified Tournament Directors who are interested in increasing
their level of commitment to our great game! There are, however, only a
limited amount of positions in the Ambassador program. Since there are an
overwhelming number of applications from possible volunteers all over the
world, we need to know a little bit more about you.

Please respond to the brief questionnaire at the end of this letter. (We
periodically review our list of potential volunteers during each calendar
year, so please be patient in waiting for a response from us.)

Program Outline:

All Ambassadors will be a positive reflection of our game and of our
commitment to the highest quality products and promotions.

Every member of this group is considered to be a representative of the
Star Trek Customizable Card Game. While members are not employees, agents
or independant contractors of Decipher Inc., we do require that each
member represent our game to the highest possible standard.

1-Each new member to the Ambassador volunteer program must already be an
established Tournament Director, this means that they are to be a
'veteran' tournament director with a history of sanctioned tournaments in
Decipher's database of completed sanctioned tournaments.

2-Each member will establish and maintain a postive relationship with the
retailers and players in their areas. Each member will also keep Decipher
informed of their activities on a monthly basis, through email reports.

3- Each member will run at least two game demonstrations at a local game
store per month in order to encourage support of the game and obtain
feedback for Decipher.

4-Each member will run one sanctioned tournament a month in order to
support the retailers and players in their area.

5-Each member will be prepared to support Decipher at conventions, shows
and events within their area.

6-Each member's term is a commitment to the standards and duties of the
position lasting one calendar year. At the end of that calendar year,
each member will have the opportunity to continue their volunteer
services for the next calendar year, pending a review of their current
level of commitment to the Ambassador Volunteer program.

7-Our preferred method of communication is by email and through the
Decipher web site (www.decipher.com). Therefore, members must be able to
access this site on a regular basis, and should have a personal email
account. Decipher has also organized a mailing list accessible to only
the Ambassadors and those that maintain it. This is to be used by the
volunteers to discuss rulings and issues that are related to the
Ambassador Volunteer program.

Once an application is approved, a letter will be sent to each new
volunteer. This letter serves as a contract to clarify the volunteer
services required of an Ambassador. One copy of this contract must be
signed and returned to Decipher in order for a volunteer to begin
receiving the benefits of this program.

The benefits of membership include:

1-Boxes of Star Trek CCG Cards (two display boxes on or near the release
of each new expansion).

2-A customized polo shirt.

3-A customized duffel bag.

4-A "calling" card. This calling card will have an area for contact
information, in order to better comunicate with players and retailers in
a volunteer¹s area.

5-Advance copies of Star Trek CCG press releases. This may include
important communication information to be passed on to players and
retailers in a volunteer¹s area.

6-Each member will be highlighted on our web site in order to inform
players in their area of how to contact them.

The following questions are designed to help us better evaluate your
desire, expertise and expectations regarding this program. Please
consider each question thoughtfully.

We look forward to hearing from you soon.
